Under Construction

You’ve probably noticed that we’ve moved away from updating this blog and have been sharing most of our news via social media. Once we finish the process of moving the cafe upstairs, this site will also be getting a facelift & partial reconstruction. In the meantime, please follow us on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram (or all three) for the latest and greatest from Maglianero!

Halloween Ride Recap

We had an awesome turn-out Halloween weekend for the Second Annual Halloween Bike Parade. From the Fantastic Fox Family to the Knights Who-Say-Nee, it seemed like every possible character came out to enjoy the beautiful day, a spin around town, tacos from the Muchacho Taco food truck, and fresh, premium Maglianero coffee.

A big thank you to the wonderful riders who joined us. And a special thank you to the modern mobility minds and organizations who made it all possible – Local Motion, Old Spokes Home, the Burlington Bike Walk Council, and the Burlington Bike Cycle.

Check out our photo album on Facebook. Can you find yourself?

Already looking forward to next year!

This years themes include: the environment, human rights, food, Iranian cinema, Cuba, music, gender, and how we live now.

Orly Yadin, VTIFF’s executive director, was kind enough to answer a few questions and share with us the films she’s excited about.
